The Ministry

Brian and Janet minister among outdoor enthusiasts at the University of New Hampshire. They use the wilderness setting to build relationships and discuss spiritual topics. Brian and Janet seek to bring unbelievers to Christ through "God investigation Groups", while at the same time training student leaders to participate in the ministry. The context of wilderness ministry has been an effective tool for advancing the kingdom.

A Note From Brian

God has blessed us with good relationships in the outdoor groups, two full time staff, and a young team of Christian outdoor enthusiasts who are committed to following Christ among their peers and ministering to them. For two years there has been a "God Investigation Group" (GIG) in the outdoor enthusiast dorm, which has helped several students move into the kingdom of God. This fall we will begin a community Bible study for outdoor enthusiasts and another GIG in the Outing Club, as well as lead adventure ministry trips designed to engage students at their particular level of spiritual belief.
