Stephen Ministry

Stephen Ministry seeks to bring Jesus' love to hurting people through caring relationships. Stephen Ministers are called to and trained for ministry. They experience more than 50 hours of training to provide one-to-one, confidential Christian care to those who are bereaved, hospitalized, terminally ill, separated, divorced, unemployed, or relocated, and others who are facing a crisis or life challenge. Stephen Ministers are not counselors; they are trained lay caregivers who are there to listen and care.
