LIFT: 20’s and 30’s Connect Group

Bethany’s 20s and 30s meet on Tuesday nights, alternating between several connect groups in homes and all-together in the Barn. During the next few months we’ll be working through Tim Keller’s, Gospel In Life, as well as exploring how to discern God’s will and call on our lives, individual and communally. Come join us.

Alpha

Alpha is a 10-week investigative class on the basics of the Christian faith. It offers a no-pressure environment to learn more about Jesus and following Him. The evening starts with a meal, a teaching, and then a small-group discussion time. The teachings include topics such as:
- Who is Jesus? - Why Did Jesus Die? - How Can I be Sure of My Faith? - Why and How Do I Pray?
- How Does God Guide Us? - Who is the Holy Spirit? - Why and How Should I Read the Bible? - How Can I Resist Evil?

The Spirit Of Power

Who is the Holy Spirit and what does he do? We will answer this question by offering a sensitive and comprehensive portrait of the much discussed but often-misunderstood member of the Trinity. The Holy Spirit came to empower God’s people and transform their lives, yet so often the doctrine of the Holy Spirit causes division in the church. It is crucial to develop a genuinely biblical understanding of the Third Person of the Trinity—and to experience an authentic outpouring of his power. Join us for a study on the Holy Spirit.

Yourself - Exploring the Fruit of The Spirit

This is a Beth Moore 10-week interactive women’s Bible study of the fruit of The Holy Spirit as presented in the book of Galatians. Beth walks participants through each trait listed in the fruit and encourages women to know the freedom of a Spirit-filled life. Participants will look at the supernatural aspects of the fruit and that you cannot grow, learn, or produce the fruit on your own. Beth challenges you to develop the fruit by maintaining an intimate relationship with the Spirit of God. A Spirit-filled life truly results in living beyond yourself.

Receive loving care combined with creative play as mom and dad have the opportunity to grow.
Preschoolers thru Kindergarten:
Using our ‘First Look’ preschool curriculum, and engaging in focused activities, little ones learn of their heavenly Father’s great love for them.
Grades 1-6
Our midweek program for grades 1-6 fosters continuing opportunities to embrace a growing relationship with Jesus in a more relaxed environment. Kids will discover the active part they play in this life-long adventure of following Him as we incorporate ‘LOVE WORKS’ initiatives into our time.
Greenland Youth Group - Grades 7 - 12
Wednesdays, Greenland, 6:30–8:00pm
Wednesday night Youth Group is a mix of hanging out, catching up, teaching, and small group discussion. Recently, we just concluded a short series based around Francis Chan’s book Crazy Love, and now we are workingthrough a Question and Answer session, dealing with questions like, “What does God think about homosexuality” and “Should Christians listen to non-Christian music”. Come, hang out, and learn.
Raymond Kid’s Ministry

Wednesday night Youth Group is a mix of hanging out, catching up, games, teaching, and small group discussion. Join us as we bring the scriptures alive and realize their relevance in our lives today. We focus on “student-specific” topics including friendship, spiritual disciplines, authority, authentic faith, and more.
